Airties is the most widely deployed provider of Wi-Fi Mesh solutions to internet service providers around the globe. Airties designs and develops software and hardware that enables exceptional Wi-Fi experiences for residential users and small businesses. The comprehensive solution portfolio includes Wi-Fi mesh routers and extenders, mobile apps, cloud-based Wi-Fi analytics and optimization systems and adjacent applications such as cyber security. Airties software is also licensed and integrated in 3rd party hardware products and service provider IT systems.

Airties is seeking a Roadmap Program Manager for our Roadmap Delivery team. You will be responsible for the roadmap delivery of one or several value streams of the Airties E2E solution and spearheading the delivery of innovation of Airties towards customers as a Roadmap Program Manager. This role includes being responsible for the definition of the delivery plan and for the timely and qualitative execution of the value stream developments. Quality is defined as delivering value to the customers. Roadmap Program Manager will be responsible for giving visibility and managing clear KPIs to monitor the success of the roadmap. The role requires working closely with the Product Managers of the value streams and the Software Teams to deliver the value stream innovations with the right scope, quality, and timing to the market. As a Roadmap Program Manager you will work closely with the Customer Program Managers to introduce roadmap features towards customers This position is based out of the Airties Belgium office in Antwerp with a flexible, hybrid home office model.

Responsibilities

Leadership & Innovation

• Understands and applies the company vision to maximize business value in the value streams.
• Works with product managers to develop and implement strategies for the E2E  solutions.
• Strives to deliver the roadmap items with the expected quality
• Thinks in a customer-oriented way, with a focus on delivering value to customers in a measurable way
• Works in an Agile way, in order to bring a continuous stream of innovation towards customers
• Collaborates smoothly with Product Managers, Software Team and Customer Program Managers

Management

• Inspires the team members to continuously deliver innovation with quality
• Builds with the team a committed stream of incremental value-adding features
• Works with the team on data-supported KPIs and dashboards
• Follows the Airties Product Life Cycle management process

Execution

• Bears responsibility for all roadmap activities in the value streams assigned
• Owns all the roadmap developments in his/her value streams, even beyond   customer delivery, assisting the customer program teams in their overall customer   prFVogram
•  Ensures proper delivery and execution
•  Manages risks proactively to secure qualitative and timely deliveries
•  Periodically reports and presents the value stream progress to the rest of the   organization

Qualifications

• BSc degree in Engineering is required and M.Sc. is a plus.
• 5+ years of project/program management experience
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Good understanding of Project and Portfolio Management methodologies, and          Scrum methodologies. PMP Certification is a plus, Scrum master as well.
• Excellent consultative, communications, and analytical skills
• Solid presentation skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to work across an international     organization
• Strong leadership skills, decision maker, team player, self-motivated, with the ability   to work effectively in a dynamic multi-cultural environment
