QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

The international technology company Ajax Systems opens a full-cycle production facility in Turkey for 400 employees. 

Ajax Systems is the largest developer and manufacturer of security systems in Europe. The back office, R&D department, and two full-cycle production facilities are located in Ukraine. The company has branch offices worldwide: UAE (Dubai), Italy, Spain, Germany, Poland, Canada, and many other regions. The Ajax team has more than 2,200 employees, including 500 developers and 1,200 production workers. Attracting local expertise in each key market enables us to scale the product globally and grow fast. 

We are in search of a professional and dedicated individual for the role of Middle/SeniorCorporate and Contract Law Lawyer in Turkey.

Branches of law:

  • Corporate Law
  • Tax Law, Transfer pricing issues (legal aspect)
  • Labour Law
  • Antitrast&Competition Law
  • Contract Law
  • Customs Law

Responsibilities:

  • Drafting/reviewing labor, lease agreements, agreements on services, etc.
  • Internal consulting to finance team, logistics team, procurement team, and sales team on legal matters.
  • Legal support in communication with Free Zone authorities, and state authorities.
  • Participation in transfer pricing issues analysis (legal aspect).
  • Analysis of new Laws of Turkey legislation.
  • Coordination of outsourcing legal services within Turkey.
  • Other relevant duties with the above Practice Areas.


    Qualifications:

    • Education: University degree
    • Experience: 3-5 years
    • Knowledge in the aforementioned Practice Areas
    • Experience in the above-listed duties
    • Readiness for teamwork
    • Strong communication skills
    • Language level: English – advanced
