QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

The international technology company Ajax Systems opens a full-cycle production facility in Turkey for 400 employees.

Ajax Systems is the largest developer and manufacturer of security systems in Europe. The back office, R&D department, and two full-cycle production facilities are located in Ukraine. We invite Electronics Production Engineer to join the production team and deliver world-class results and outstanding performance to the Production Team in the fast-growing dynamic organization.

Location: Istanbul, DESBAS, Tuzla

Job Description:

• Soldering machine process capabilities to maintain and to enhance in order to ensure quality and productivity,
• Maintaining machine availability in close cooperation with maintenance department in order to improve preventive measures,
• Exploration of process optimization and development opportunities, active participation in implementation,
• Preparing and keeping up-to-date engineering documents for production equipment (work instructions, parameter monitoring, preventive maintenance, autonomous maintenance, etc.),
• Spare part management in close cooperation with maintenance department, 
• Failure analysis and determination of failures (5why, onepager, etc.), lessons learned documentation,
• Close daily cooperation with partner departments, information exchange, 
• Preparation of technical training materials, hold trainings and to evaluate the results, 
• To ensure internal and customer related standards to be followed,
• Preparation of technical training materials, regular updating, 
• Active participation in the preliminary and final acceptance of machines as well in the installation phase.

Qualification Requirements:

• University education from related technical schools,
• Minimum 2 years experience with production machines,
• Relevant experience in joining technology, preferably selective soldering,
• PLC, robot programming, knowledge on camera systems is an advantage,
  
• Knowledge of the English language (to understand technical documentation),
• Strong team player approach with ownership mindset,
• Excellent problem solving skills and responsible work
• User knowledge of MS Office.
