Ajax Systems The international technology company Ajax Systems opens a full-cycle production facility in Turkey for 400 employees.

We invite Soldering Engineer to join the production team and Provide process engineering solutions to methods of manufacturing.

Location: Istanbul, DESBAS
Reports to: Production Manager

Responsibilities:

• Compliance control of technological processes.
• Participation in updating data in the documentation.
• Participation in the launch of new processes at the site.
• Control of the equipment repair process and its timely maintenance.
• Forming a production plan (monthly/weekly/daily) and monitoring its compliance (reporting).
• Calculation of the needs and budgeting of consumables.
• Planning of employees' works organization, proper formation, and distribution of teams.
• Development and approval of the adaptation and training program.
• Team performance analysis.
• Actively attendance to interviews of shop floor organization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in related departments (Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Electronic and Communication Engineering, etc.).
• 2+ years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of the modern base of electronic components.
• Ability to read technical documents.
• Experienced in the soldering process.
• Knowledge of PCB manufacturing.
• Team management experience.
• Knowledge of methods of management and regulation of processes at various stages of production.
• Analytical abilities and systemical thinking.
• Business knowledge of Turkish and English.
