JOB DESCRIPTION

Founded in 1996, Ak Gıda having 6 plants and over 2500 employees offers its consumers healthy and tasty milk and dairy products.

In 2015, Groupe Lactalis, the leader of the global dairy market, incorporated Ak Gıda into its organization which has the brands President, Galbani and Parmalat. The brand İçim is the 3rd biggest brand of Groupe Lactalis in Europe.

We are currently looking for a Quality Specialist (Sakarya) reporting to Quality  Manager join our rapidly-expanding Turkish enterprise.

• Determination of process parameters and takes records
• To make sure all the production process follows food safety and quality management systems
  
• To monitor and maintain the operation of the Quality and Food Safety through internal audits in all processes during production and post-production, to follow-up, coordinate and report related CAPAs (Corrective and Preventive Actions)
  
• To follow-up SPC (Statistical Process Control)
• To follow-up archived products and customer complaint  products
  
• To check warehouses and shipment
  
• Prepare and publish quality KPI's
  
• Responsible from approving product quality
  
• To manage process control laboratories
  
• To follow-up food safety , environment safety , quality & energy management systems, health and safety and implement in the all plant
