We are currently looking for a Recruitment Specialist reporting to Recruitment Executive to join our rapidly-expanding Turkish enterprise in İstanbul, Maltepe.

The successful candidate for this role:

· Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields,

· Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Recruitment, preferably in HR recruitment consultancy companies or FMCG sector,

· Experienced in competency based interviews and case study process, preferably with an assessor certificate,

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English,

· Excellent problem-solving skills,

· Strong communication and social skills,

· Have a self-motivated and result-oriented personality,

· Carry a strong sense of team spirit and have a positive attitude,

· Good knowledge of MS Office applications

· Preferably knowing SAP HR modules, SuccessFactors,

· Ability to work in a multi-tasked, fast-paced and glocal environment

· Pays attention to details and analytical

Responsibilities:

· Managing all recruitment processes; job postings, screening, and short-listing candidates

· Making first candidate interviews and managing full-cycle recruitment

· Ensuring internal customer satisfaction by providing regular updates to HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers

· Maintaining a candidate database and preparing various reports regularly

· Monitoring sourcing effectiveness both direct and consultancy firms through key performance indicators to identify improvements to sourcing strategies

· Maintaining relationships with all candidates for future openings

· Provides the candidates with the best experience during the hiring process and supports the candidate consideration process at all stages
