Job Description

• Ensuring and tracking the data of all order and sample transactions into the relevant systems, performing all planning, control, approval and follow-up processes starting from order creation during the production process of orders, and ensuring the coordination of necessary units,
• Keeping all order and sample documentation and filing in an organized manner,
• Following the entire order process by making order tracking and approval correspondence with the customer and internal units,
• Taking part in necessary projects and activities in line with the company's marketing strategies,
• Preparation of all necessary reports and documentation in line with the request of the team leader.
