Job Description;

  • Digital Marketing Manager will lead, develop and support marketing team,
  • Creating a brand and marketing strategy, execute annual marketing plans to build brand awareness, reputation and drive demand through all consumer channels and brand platforms,
  • Preparing the communication plan in line with the strategy researching new marketing technologies and managing the company communication plan,
  • Develop and manage pricing, channel management and yield strategies to deliver attendance volume, revenue and EBITDA targets,
  • Monitor and analyse performance and implement activity and initiatives to ensure delivery of targets including dynamic pricing and capacity management,
  • Manage Media Buying and Media Creative Development Agencies to deliver overall media strategy and create demand,
  • Champion the 'consumer perspective', ensuring that all such initiatives are in line with KidZania Essences brand experience,
  • Continue to build KidZania brand, leverage KidZania brand and ensure consistent delivery across all touchpoints including PR,
  • Develop and deliver a clear long term brand development strategy that supports KidZania positioning and becomes the foundations for future marketing plans,
  • Experienced in digital platform management , Google Analytics, SEO, Website and etc.
  • Managing Customer Service feedback on a daily basis,
  • Managing events and organizations and promoting these organizations in the written and visual media.


General Qualification;

  • Strong experience working in a Head of Marketing level role, ideally within the leisure industry,
  • Extensive experience of partnership working, external engagement and stakeholder management,
  • Excellent influencing and negotiating skills, developing and enhancing relationships with senior stakeholders across KidZania or business units,
  • Experiewnce of working with IP’s or strong brand partners,
  • Proven leadership, able to develop, coach and manage teams, creating a positive and engaged team culture,
  • Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to liaise with a variety of stakeholders, both internally and externally,
  • Excellent written English and grammar,
  • Strong organizational skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously,
  • Good time management skills, with natural ability to prioritize, delegate and manage workload,
  • Deep understanding of performance, awareness, and brand-based marketing strategies and tactics,
  • Demonstrated ability to define, build and differentiate brands and experiences.
