Patient's Assistant

We are seeking a candidate who can interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about treatments.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

-Responds promptly to patients’ inquiries, requests, and complaints during or after treatment at the clinic.

-Builds sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication with patients. 

-Handles dissatisfied patients in a polite and professional way.

-Conducts face-to-face inquiries from patients depending on the case.

Education:

- University degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, Healthcare, or a related field from an accredited academic institution.

- A Professional certification in Healthcare is highly considerable.

Qualifications and Requirements:

- 1-year experience in a similar role in the healthcare field (preferable).

- Ability to multi-task and cope with competing demands under tight deadlines.

- Strong initiative and self-motivation, with a commitment to teamwork.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Languages:

- Turkish (Fluent). 

- French (Fluent). 

OR

- Turkish (Fluent). 

- English (Fluent).
