We are currently looking for a “Human Resources Executive Assistant” to our Vice GM.

QUALIFICATIONS

·       Bachelor’s degree from reputable university,

·       2 years of experience preferable in HR department

·       Organized, proactive, and creative

·       High self-awareness and learning agility

·       Eager to learn and teamwork oriented,

·       Strong organization, planning and communication skills,

·       Excellent command of Microsoft Office Programs,

·       Excellent written and verbal English skills

JOB DESCRIPTION

·       Performing core administrative tasks for Vice General Manager (i.e. managing calendars, booking travel, scheduling facilities and equipment, expense)

·       Communicate with key stakeholders (Institutions, other functions) and coordinate related visits and meetings

·       Scheduling routinefunctional meetings,

·       Following up action items related with the feedback from HR plant visits,

·       Assisting with the preparation of presentations, reports and narrative documentation,

·       Providing support with the recruitment processes (scheduling, CV screening and making interviews)

·       Providing administrative support for team if needed
