We are seeking to recruit Business Solutions Specialist - SD for IT Team;

Qualifications:

· At Least Bachelor’s degree in relevant areas

· Minimum of 4 years IT experience required

· Highly Experienced in SAP SD

· SAP ABAP knowledge is a plus

· SAP BW knowledge is a plus

· Ability to analyze, understand and effectively communicate between business requirements and technical design and implementation.

· Excellent initiative and self-management skills

· Good technical ability

· Demonstrated interpersonal skills and leadership

· Excellent project management skills, with demonstrated track record

· Experience on working with vendors

· Effective analytical, problem solving, investigative and decision-making skills

· At least lead/participate 5 successful ERP projects

· Ability to communicate in English effectively in written and verbal form

Job Definition:

· Analyze business requirements (e.g., functional and technical requirements, information need, business processes) by conducting information-gathering sessions with business units, analyzing the information and translating the user’s functional specifications into a technical specification

· Performs functional analysis, requirements, definition and SAP module configuration and testing

· Manages integration of solution(s) into enterprise technical architecture and business environment

· Develop process models based on business requirements in order to determine the completeness of the information and process components.

· Lead, manage and participate in SD projects, understanding business impact, quantifying resources, and evaluating/recommending technical options.

· Provide process support for daily issues of business applications

· Ability to deliver basic SAP training to client end-users

· Work very closely with business decision makers and end users.

· Partners with business units to identify opportunities for significant technology/process enhancements.

· Proactive contribution to business processes with considering upcoming technologies.

· Ensure business continuity by supporting related business departments with high quality IT-Solutions
