Qualifications

• University degree preferably in Engineering, Economics, or Business Administration,
• Minimum 4 years of experience in management consulting, or companies' strategy & business development departments (preferably in building materials industry) or corporate finance departments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
• Financial knowledge, and financial analysis and reporting skill
• High learning agility
  
• Strong communication skills and team player,
  
• Multi-tasking and entrepreneurial thinker,
  
• Resilient, able to work with tight deadlines
  
• Advanced level of English,

Job Description

• Assists activities relating to short, mid and long-term Strategy, Business development and Corporate wise strategy related projects,
• Supports in developing an ongoing Strategy and Business development plan by tracking internal and external data and compiles results in a concise and actionable format,
• Ensures effective communication, planning and coordination on assigned projects between all disciplines and all other project participants,
• Performs external research, sector evolution, innovation ideas, competition analysis to provide strategic direction,
• Develops and prepares monthly strategy and business development reports and presentations to assist top management to identify key strategic issues requiring attention,
• Engages in networking and scanning the Business Environment internally and externally to identify issues of strategic relevance to company,
• Identifies and analyzes issues that affect the company's growth and profitability.
• Supports CEO office
