We are now looking for an Incentive Specialist who has the following qualifications to work in our R&D Department in our factory operating in Sakarya.

The ideal candidate should have…

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Departments, Business Administration, Economics or other related departments of universities
• Preferably 3 years experiences in incentive applications in manufacturing companies
• Excellent command of English
• Proficient in using MS Office applications
• Improved problem-solving ability and result oriented
• Strong planning competence
• Systematic work and project follow-up skills and highly motivated
• Preferably having B type driving license and active driver

• Resident or able to reside in Sakarya

This position will be carrying out…

• Execution and follow-up of all incentive processes of the company in coordination with the relevant departments,
• Researching new supports and incentives in line with the company's fields of activity and strategies, and producing solutions suitable for needs,
• Execution of relations with the relevant Ministries and Public Institutions
• Ensuring that the company acts in line with Turquality, preparing and controlling the documents requested by the government,
• Conducting all negotiations on Turquality with the relevant ministries,
• Application to relevant institutions for Turquality Support,
• Ensuring coordination in projects carried out within the scope of Turquality,
• Correspondence / meeting with export unions,
• Ensuring that payments within the scope of support are collected as soon as possible,
• Attending Turquality conferences and providing information flow to the upper level,
• Dominating the laws numbered 5746 and 6676, following the R&D center processes and reports,
• Preparation of R&D Center projects and technical reports,
• Preparation of R&D Center activity reports,
• To prepare the application, monitoring, reporting, and closing processes of domestic and foreign project support resources (Development Agencies, TÜBİTAK TEYDEB, H2020, EUREKA, EU FP7, COSME etc.),
• Controlling and preparing investment incentive/modernization documents,
• Preparation and reporting of feasibility files for investment projects/R&D Projects (Movements, Strategic Investments, etc.),
• Creation and follow-up of files for intellectual and industrial rights.
