We are looking for Human Resources Manager who will manage several areas of human resources such as recruiting, training, benefits, employee relations, compensation. Assists top management in planning, development, implementation and evaluation of HR activities. Ensure continuous improvement of working environment and apply efficient HR practices in order to enhance employee performance standards, motivation as well as job satisfaction.

Being a strategic partner for senior business management and offering added value to the business by defining human resource initiatives and approaches that are suitable to the division, the interests and the business resources.

Ensuring effective and efficient delivery of HR services that drive Akenerji’s performance.

Ensure effective execution of HR policies, projects and processes in the business by actively participating in the company wide HR network.

QUALIFICATIONS

• University degree (Master’s Degree is a plus),
• 10 + year experience in all aspects of HR Management, especially in Talent Management & Compensation.
• Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
• Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
• Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
• Attention to detail and good judgement
• Excellent command of English and oral and written communication skills.
• Confidence to work across all levels of the business.
• Experience with transactional deliveries, labor law and policy design

 JOB DESCRIPTION

• Promote the corporate culture and mentality throughout the company in order to create and maintain an atmosphere of trust and respect.
• Coordinate & monitor the proposals concerning salary increases in order to be aligned with the remuneration strategy and after approval ensure the correct implementation.
• Ensure implementation of the Recruitment and Hiring policy and follow the respective procedures in order to provide high-caliber candidates for selection.
• Managing & developing talent via most appropriate attraction, retention tools
• Develop and implement personnel policies and practices
• Identify and analyze employee training needs through the use of the respective tools, in order to design training approaches and development solutions.
• Design and propose an annual training plan & monitor the implementation in order to ensure its success.
• Coordinate the Performance Appraisal System and ensure full implementation and compliance with the guidelines in order to safeguard the correct use and effectiveness of the system.
• Develop & maintain organization structures for all divisions, and keep the JDs updated
