Aksa Power Generation (APG) was founded as an electrical motor factory by Ali Metin Kazanci in 1968, AKSA manufactured its first generator in 1984 and became an expert in machinery and hardware for electrical energy supply in a short amount of time. In 1994, Aksa community became corporate under the name Kazanci Holding and reorganized, achieving its current structure.

Aksa has been the leader of generating sets market for a long period of time in Turkey and is among Turkey’s largest 200 industrial companies and exporters. Aksa Power Generation has opened one of the largest genset factories in the world in May 2012. Aksa has secured its place among the biggest genset companies in global market with its new 100,000m² factory.

Therefore, we are looking for a “Factory Manager” who will be responsible for all production processes and operations for our Facrory at USA (West Monroe) under Expat Status.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Having no obsctacle for residing in West Monroe / United States of America 
• Graduated from bachelor's degree from Engineering faculties
• At least 10 years experiences in production and factory operations
• Good command in MS Office, SAP, CRM and Computer Aided Design  Softwares
• Fluent command of English in both written and spoken
• Having high level experience in planning and work follow-up,
• Skilled in analytical thinking and data analysis
• Suitable for teamwork and result-oriented in the projects undertaken.
• No military obligations for male candidates
• Hands on experience in production and its related activities like planning, R&D, logictics, customer  care and quality  funtions.
• Having an experience in diesel  generators is a plus like
• Production responsible, application engineer, R&D  expert, Commisioning
• Knowledge about electrical components, control engineering  and HV synchronization systems

• Management of whole production activities including warehouse management, planning, supply chain processes
• Management of minor product design changes  and localiztion  of some product  components 
• Support after sales processes and operations.
