ABOUT THE POSITION

AKSA Power Generation is looking for a Pricing Specialist/Engineer who has strong experience in the pricing and costing process and that role will directly report to the Customer Experiences Director under Global Markering General Managership.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Residing in Istanbul with no obligate to work at the location of Aksa HQ
• Graduated from bachelor's degree from Engineering faculties
• At least 5 years experience in the customer service area
• Good command in MS Office,
• Fluent command of English in both written and spoken
• Having high-level experience in planning and work follow-up,
• Skilled in analytical thinking and pricing/costing
• Suitable for teamwork and result-oriented projects undertaken.
• No obstacle for domestic and international travel,
• No military obligations for male candidates

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

• Be able to determine price estimate targets during material transportation and recommend cost-effective solutions for competitive pricing
• Gather proposals, specifications, and related documents and liaise with stakeholders to convert specifications to cost estimates for new and current products
• Utilize cost methodologies and tools and appropriate software models and packages to prepare and maintain reliable and accurate data
• To establish regional specific market price by calculation the product cost, required market price
• To determine which Product will be manufactured from which factory/country at which price for target countries to maximize the profit
• To determine the reason for gross profit fluctuation by analyzing, product cost, logistics cost, currency, sales price, and operational expenses
• Monitoring and reviewing data and information to detect or assess problems
• Be able to İnvestigate and identify cost reduction opportunities through cost and pricing analysis review
• Contribute to cost monitoring and reporting systems and procedures and monitor trends
• Being responsible to prepare cost and expenditure statements, reports and other necessary documentation at regular intervals to share with others in the business
• Support all activities in price estimating and take a proactive approach towards improvements
