Aksa has been the leader of the power gen sets the market for a long period in Turkey and is among Turkey’s largest 200 industrial companies and exporters. Aksa Power Generation has opened one of the largest gen-set factories in the world in May 2012 in China. Aksa PG has secured its place among the biggest gen-set companies in a global market with its new 100,000m² factories.

We are looking for a “Sales Reporting Supervisor” who will work at our Kavacık HQ Office under the management of Global Sales & Rental Department.

• Residing in Istanbul with no obligate to work at the location of Kavacık HQ Office,
• Graduated with a bachelor's degree from Engineering faculties, preferably Electrical, Mechanical, Energy Systems, etc and/or faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences.
• Fluent command of English in both written, reporting, and especially speaking (Level of C1-C2 – The English Exams will be done for candidates)
• Having advanced command of MS Office, preferably capable of Macro Programming,
• Preferably having user experience of SAP
• Having strong communication and representation,
• Skilled in analytical thinking and data analysis,
  
• Having high-level experience in planning and work follow-up,
  
• Being aware of the importance of cooperation and teamwork,
• No obstacle for domestic and international travel,
• Having a driving license and being able to drive actively,
• No military obligations for male candidates.
  

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Since supporting the top management and the units which that position reports directly to make strategic decisions, collecting the required data about the sales processes from the relevant departments.
• Simplifying all collected information using next-generation reporting systems and turning this data into a meaningful dataset for board management's decision-making.
• Be able to analyze the sales data (comparison, graphs of change, analysis of the cause-effect relationship, etc.)
  
• To provide the data which is related to sales processes by communicating with foreign offices (online meetings, travels, etc.), and to establish a system for regular data flow in constant communication with these foreign sales teams.
• Be able to prepare and present the weekly, monthly, and various periodic sales reports.
• To prepare statistical tables and reports with the data which is received from the Marketing & Business Development departments.
  
• To make work plans in order to develop the reporting system and maintain it in sustainable quality.
  
• To determine the methods of analysis and measurement of sales data and to make the data obtained from the measurements more understandable.
  
• To monitor and control the compliance with calendar processes, procedures, and determined targets for reporting.
