About the Job

• Preparation of the necessary customs and transport documents for the export to take place. (domestic invoice, foreign invoice, packing list, shipping instruction),
• Organizing customs, transportation processes and arranging documents during export processes,

• Knowledge in the field of loading & transport plans,

• Logistics & clearance operations of the realized contracts; follow up of all documentations,

• Creating quotations in response to customer requests,

• Connecting with shipping lines and collecting price offers,

• Preparing weekly export sales reports,

• Follow-up of orders production planning processes

Job Requirements

• Excellent command of written and spoken English,
• Good knowledge of MS Office,

• At least 2 years experience in Export operation

• Minimum Bachelor`s Degree preferably in Business Administration, Economics or International Trade

• B class driver license.
