QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, MIS or related fields,
• More than one year experience with Project Management of mid or large scaled projects (preferably in Insurance or Finance sectors),
• Experience in Project management methodologies and standards (Scrum Master, PPM,PMP certificates would be assets),
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Visio, JIRA, MS Teams, Trello, Mural, Miro etc.
• Experience in reporting, analytical thinking, data analysis capabilities and good command of MS programs (especially Excel),
• Strong planning, problem solving skills, time management and follow up,
• Willing to work with methodology and documentation,
• Effective presentation skills,
• Passionate to learn, to seek always for the new and innovative, creative and currious,
• Courage to change and quick adaptation skills,
• Self disciplined, result and solution oriented,
• Excellent command of English.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Claims and Legal, Business Development Team is acting as a liaison between the business and the IT organization, in alignment with the overall corporate strategy.

Acting as a liaison between IT and other business units

• Developing a strong relationship with business divisions and gaining insight into the business’ requirements and having good knowledge of outcomes,
• Responsible for finding and proposing best possible technical solutions for the business problems which are also compliant with overall IT strategy and principles,
• Ensuring IT-enabled process improvement opportunities, and tracking of the value delivered,
• Collecting demands of the business divisions, schedule them according to department’s overall strategy priorities.

Acting as a facilitator for business divisions’ projects in squad;

• Close following up of time lines, sprints, backlog items, tasks, the work to be done in a specified time and ensuring all are done by the deadlines,
• Preparing burn-chart reports of the existing projects,
• Playing moderator role at squads’ meetings,
• Scheduling time line of agile teams’ meetings as status, planning and retrospectives,
• Preparing periodical analysis reports and presentations,
• Analyzing the business processes in terms of finding security gaps, increasing productivity and efficiency, preparing reports/ documents/presentations and present it to the management team,
• Tracking internal audit and control findings and ensuring all are completed at due times,
• Making final check of the internal risk control reports for claims and legal department and give approval to internal control department.

Searching for the new technologies;

• Making researches in market and/or outside the market, finding solutions and practices which are most compatible with company’s strategy and easy to be transferred,
• Making/presenting compatibility and cost- benefit analysis of these solutions and practices.
