Aktif is a group of Companies, provide solutions in electrical energy industry and composed of Aktif Mühendislik, Aktif Elektroteknik, Aktif Güç Sistemleri and Aktif Kompanzasyon. Aktif was established in 1996 and focused on Measuring, Protecting and Quality of Electricity. 

Aktif Elektroteknik (AET) was established to manufacture Switchgears and Kiosks in 1981. In 2008, Company merged with Aktif Group as Aktif Elektroteknik and The Company became as an international corporate with significant participation of Italian Friem S.P.A in 2009.

AET operates with its 35 years of manufacturing experience, modernized machinery line, ever increasing know-how, experienced Turkish and Italian R&D teams, quality products type tested by leading accredited European laboratories and the vision of new ideas for future requirements. Company manufactures MV switchgears up to 40.5 kV, 4000 A, mobile and compact substation solutions for energy distribution Customers’ High, Medium and Low Voltage needs with switching devices, transformers, and control panels. 

We are looking for a Finance Manager who will report to General Manager and support top management.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare of monthly financial planning & analysis (FP&A)
• Implementation of rolling operational planning (Forecast) as well as annual planning (Budget)
• Oversee and manage the continued development of Budgeting, Financial Forecasting, Operating Plan and Modelling tools
• Manage all accounting and financial operations
• Deep knowledge in cost accounting systems, and their application in practice
• Prepare deviation analysis against financial targets, budgets, and previous year
• Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses, and capital expenditures

·         Lead monthly / year-end financial closing

·         Strong collaboration with sales & marketing, production, purchasing and project team

·         Manage accounting and administrative team

• Take role in financial planning process & follow-up,
• Lead and manage the SAP system to be developed for Companies needs and requirements
• Perform regular status reviews and propose backup plans in cases of any shortfalls
• Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance, and manage the corrective actions 

Background:

• BA, Economics, or equivalent degree
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Financial Management role in general accounting, cost accounting, Tax, VAT return, cash flow management, and
• Financial Controller experience in a manufacturing company
• Demonstrated leadership abilities
• Analytical problem-solving skills, ability to make reliable, objective judgments and proposals

·         Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

• Strong SAP Knowledge
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Must be a high-energy, hands-on leader
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) required
