Financial Reporting Specialist

The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented individual who is capable of conducting necessary financial reporting activities and maintaining all procedures and controls related to the company's activities.

•        Prepares financial statements and reports needed for a business to comply with regulatory requirements.
•        Organizes and presents financial reports to company managers.
•        Assists with preparation of company tax filings; may provide reports and point of contact for auditors during an external audit of a company
•        Maintains compliance with government agencies
•        Acts as the point of contact for external auditors
•        Maintains internal books and finances analyze financial transactions
•        Controls overall compliance of international transactions (import, export, customs & duties)
•        Implements, maintain and improves accounting and reporting processes and acts as a Finance partner for the (local) business teams.

•        Ensuring the healthy progress of the data flow helps the management in making realistic strategic decisions

•        Meets the reporting needs of the departments for the operations to progress at the desired levels,
•        Reports KPI measurement data, informing the relevant department and management about achieving the target, plays an active role in performance measurement and determination
•        Conducts monthly income-expenditure realization and budget comparisons, determination of deviations and informs the departments.
•        Controls the budget compliance of the department purchase requests, informing the relevant departments about the use of the budget, and contributing to the healthy progress of the budget used in line with the targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance min 3 years of related experience
• Broad Accounting knowledge
• Knowledge in MS Office, Microsoft Excel, Accountable, Balance Sheet, Reconciling, Forecasting and Financial Analyst.,Financial Reporting, Financial Statements
• Knowledge of country Legal, Tax and Regulatory Compliance processes,
• Analytical mind-set,
• Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills
• Agile , learner, responsive and adaptive to change
• Excellent command  in English
