Industrial Engineer

·     Bachelors Degree in Industrial Engineering / Supply Chain related fields.

·      Preferably minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain and/or project coordination related departments such as demand planning, resource planning, production planning, supply chain excellence.

·      Experienced in the use of reporting tools and creation of day-to-day operation spreadsheets.

·      Excellent command of written and spoken English as it is expected to be integrated in daily communication with the company office located in San Antonio, US.

·      Willing and adamant to fit into a multi-national organization with demanding working hours.

·      Comfortable with working with big data, data entry and making sense of numbers.

·     Clear in communicating thoughts and ideas.

Job Description

·      System design, planning, managing and execution of work flows and reporting tools.

·       Participating in the creation of the dashboards and spreadsheets to be used in order to manage internal communication as well as communication with overseas offices.

·      Being responsible of the whole data entry and the coordination phase of the information gathering.

·      Coming up with the required observations and necessary steps by going through the thought process of analyzing the numerical results.

·      Participating in the goal of shifting the manuel data entry to more automated processes.

·      Creation of the department KPI's with the aim of decreasing costs, increasing project efficiency as well as the output ratio.
