• University degree from Engineering Schools, Mathematics or MIS
• Excellent command of Turkish and English both written and verbal

İŞ TANIMI

• Supervise the work of executive office to ensure adherence to quality standards and deadlines
• Determine business needs in line with the demands of business units
• Coordinate and communicate with all relevant departments
• Ability to process design, functional and technical analysis according to the business needs and take active part in System Analysis Department’s process development projects
• Analyse and interprate existing operational processes
• Revision of standard and procedure documents according to current processes, establishment of standard and procedure documents for new processes
• Create, develop and test automated workflows
• Provide problem solving support for the applications for which is responsible
