Mid Level Data Developer

We are looking for a teammate with the following qualifications to work atPiri Medya A.Ş., our company operating within the Albayrak Group and managing digital broadcasting projects;

• Modeling: Design, build and improve machine learning models related to recommendation and personalization. Work on the entire development process, i.e., data collection, feature engineering, algorithm development, analysis, visualization, and communicating the results. Collaborate with the team to productionize models. Drive experimentation to test the impact of the models,
• Deep analysis: Develop comprehensive understanding of anonym user and session based user data, structures and metrics. Mine large data sets to identify opportunities for driving growth and retention of users,
• Visualization of Complex Data sets: Development of prototype solutions, mathematical models, algorithms, and robust analytics leading to actionable insights, and communicating them clearly and visually,

We are looking for a teammate with the following qualifications.

• Graduated from computer engineering, electrical and electronic engineering, mathematical engineering, physics, statistics, econometrics,
• 2-3 years of experience in data science, data analytics, machine learning,
• 3+ years of experience with a programming language for data science like Python, Java, etc. Experience with scientific libraries like Numpy, Pandas, scikit-learn and scipy is a plus,
• Experience with SQL or NoSQL and using Databases,
• Deep understanding of machine learning concepts and statistical methods,
• Excellent analytical skills and advanced level of statistics knowledge,
• 2-3 years’ experience developing supervised models (Linear Regression, Logistic, Random Forest, time series forecasting, Bayesian models) and/or unsupervised models (Clustering and Dimensionality Reduction models),
• Strong understanding of techniques in data science (machine learning algorithms, regression analysis, etc.),
