We are currently seeking a new team member willing to join us at ALD Automotive Turkey in the position of Internal Control and Compliance Specialist

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Economics or Industrial Engineering,
• Min. 3 years of experience in internal control or  audit area in an international structure or in a consultancy firm,
• Analytical and critical thinking skills with increased awareness of internal control and risk environment,
• Communication skills to express clearly process risks and remediation plans,
• Constructive and cooperative interaction with ALD staff
• Excellent English skills, both oral and written
• Self-Motivated & Result-oriented

İŞ TANIMI

Internal Control Activities:

• Supporting Internal Control activities and following up on risk remediation 
• Performing quarterly reports and ensuring timely submission to the Central office in Paris
• Taking active role in deployment and enhancement of the permanent Internal Control System
• Supporting on the projects for development and implementation of new products or processes
• Participating and supporting on review of internal procedures in coordination with the process owner/responsible

Compliance:

• Raising awareness for the Group Culture by communicating Group ethics and compliance rules 
• Elaborating the Group Rules & Regulations through introduction of new local regulations and procedures
• Analyzing counterparts from a compliance point of view, ensuring the Group rules defined by the central Compliance Office in Paris
• Reporting Compliance review results as defined in Group regulations

Organization:

• Support the review of the internal procedures in coordination with process owner
• Take an active role in localization of Group regulations and procedures
• To increase awareness of Group Culture by sharing Group ethics and compliance rules
• Organizing internal documentation
