Alfa Patent Stan Advoka is an Intellectual Property (IP) law consultancy firm representing its clients from a large number of countries. We are seeking a trademark attorney to support our growing trademark work. In this position, the successful candidate will have significant responsibility in working with international clients as well as local clients to fulfill their needs on trademark prosecution and litigation matters.

The job functions include providing trademark support for Turkish and International trademark prosecution and maintenance, preparing and filing trademark applications, extensions of time, statements of use, renewals, responses and other necessary prosecution related submissions, drafting and transmitting client letters.

EXPECTED SKILLS

• Strong attention to detail in monitoring of various procedural steps
  
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a systematic approach depending on priority levels
  
• Self-starter who can learn quickly
  
• Fluency in written and spoken English
  
• Work both independently and collaboratively
  
• Degree from a reputable university
  
• Knowledge of a second foreign language is desirable
  
• Communication and presentation skills for representation in international events
