International Sales & Marketing Manager - Advisor

We are a sales and marketing broker agency based in London. Our company decided to expand our business rapidly and as a result we have a new Izmir office in Turkey in order to be able accomplish our goal in the UK Market. As we have doubled our profit in last couple of years now we are going to create a great team in order to fulfill United Kingdom market demand.

 Requirements for MANAGER position

• 4 year University degree in a relevant university, engineering is an advantage but not a must.
• Minimum of 4 years management Experience in marketing and sales.
• Must have completed military obligation already for Male Candidate’s 
• Advance level of speaking and writing in English.
• Good level of knowledge of Microsoft Office and email communication skill in English. 
• Photoshop knowledge is an advantage but not a must.

Requirements for Marketing Advisor position

Main Responsibilities & Duties 

• Managing and administrating Turkey office Team. ( Manager Position)
• Communication with our partners and clients.
• Monitoring and checking process of sales.
• Observing and maintaining digital sales and marketing tools.
• Creating instruction of sales and marketing process and keeping it always improved 
• Great level of coordination between Izmir Office and London Headquarter.  
• Preparing regular report and presentation to company CEO in terms of company targets and goals. (Manager Position)
• Recruitment to Izmir Sales team and managing their needs of training. (Manager Position)
• Regularly update company goals and target. (Manager Position)
• Need to have an Innovative and creative point of View in terms of company future structure and development.
