Quality Engineer

We are waiting for the applications of our colleagues who will work as Quality Development Specialist in the Department of Continuous Improvement and Standards at our facilities operating within Ali Bey Hotels & Resorts located in ANTALYA / MANAVGAT region.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, preferably Industrial Engineer,
• 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control in the tourism sector,
• Preferably knowledgeable about Quality Management and Food Safety Management Systems
• Good command of English, both spoken and written,
• Analytical and proactive thinker with analytical skills to work on complex issues,
• Adapt to a busy audit schedule and flexible working hours,
• Ability to structure problems and develop actionable recommendations and implementation plans,
• Corrective/Preventive Actions,
• Internal auditor experience is preferred,
• Knowledge about hotel management processes,
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal),

Roles and Responsibilities,

• Realization and follow-up of the audits of the projects
• Reporting and entering audit results into the system
• Notification and follow-up of actions required for the development of projects
• Keeping up to date with the required documents
• Supporting the issues that require training, auditing and follow-up for which the Quality Department is responsible,
