GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

· Graduated from university,

· Fluent in English,

· Preferably experienced in Project management, cost analysis/studies and reporting,

· Developed analytical thinking skills,

· Strong planning and organizational skills,

· Good communicator, extroverted, creative,

· Completed military service for male candidates,

· Preferably residing in the Anatolian side of Istanbul,

We are looking for "CEO Assistant".

JOB DESCRIPTION

· Preparing the presentations of the Board of Directors,

· To follow the agenda and to dos of the Board of Directors and to make suggestions,

· Organizing the meetings of the Board of Directors, participating when necessary,

· Following up the periodic reports submitted to the in-house Board of Directors and presenting them to the manager.

· Examining the current business processes and presenting improvement suggestions to the manager.

· To follow the changes and innovations in the sector and to report them to the manager.

· Fulfilling other duties assigned by the manager in relation to his/her field of duty.

· Fulfilling the common duties and responsibilities determined for all employees.
