Operations Supervisor

We are looking for a“Operations Supervisor”who will be a member of our ALJ Finans team in Operations Department.

Main Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent in business administration or related field
• Proficient in using MS Office programs
• Fluent in English verbally and written and ability to work with global 3^rd parties
• 5-8 years of experience in credit operations at banking or finance sectors strong business monitoring skills, planning and organizational skills
• High verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of regulatory and technical issues in credit process
• Closely following the innovations in consumer finance and having knowledge

What will you be doing?

• Managing, directing, training and training subordinates in harmony and supporting their motivation
• Ensuring that operational transactions are carried out in accordance with the legislation
• Being in contact with sales team and supporting partners’ requests
• Monitoring and managing the entire loan operation process
• In cooperation with technical and business teams, defining process requirements to improve the customer experience
