Requirements:

•          Excellent command of written and spoken English
•          University graduation
•          Experience with MS Office Programs
•          Strong social and  communication skills
•          Patient and persistant attitude with focus on team work
•          Disciplined, structured, polite and  result oriented approach
•          Strong problem solving skills
•          Open to personal development
•          Ability to work flexible working hours if necessary
•          Experience in Customer Service Processes (preferably)
•          For male candidates, completed military service or at least 2 years deferred
•         Residency in Istanbul Anatolian side preferred

•          Greeting, answering, and managing intensive customer calls
•          Taking orders from customers on a regular basis, tracking them, logging those into systems
•          Invoicing and delivery processes
•          Responding to customers questions, requests in compliance within rules and regulations
•          Performing billing and reporting procedures,
•          Planning shipment organization and coordinating with warehouse
•          Managing, keeping and preparing necessary records and files
