QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO THE TOP MANAGEMENT
ALKON GROUP OF COMPANIES was founded in 1999 and so far has been the leader in many areas in the luxury retail industry.
ALKON expanded its investments in time and represented many brands. Some of these brands are Stefano Ricci, Zilli, Brioni, Berluti and Frette.
The company provides exclusive service to its customers in the luxury retail sector with its 8 stores.
We are looking for an Executive Assistant who will closely work with CEO of the company headquartered in Nisantasi.
Proactively manage the CEO’s busy calendar with an awareness as to purpose, timeliness, participation and business meetings and events.
Plan international and domestic travel logistics, including seamless travel itineraries.
Coordinate all preparatory documentation/briefings, and proactively handle logistics and hospitality for meetings, conference calls and any other related items.
Research, prioritize, and follow up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature. Determine appropriate course of action, referral, or response.
Ensure priorities are managed; daily and long-term requests are addressed.
To be in contact with the world famous luxury retail brands that we are representative of and to take relevant actions on issues concerning the CEO.
Provide a bridge for smooth communication between the CEO office, stores and departments; demonstrate leadership to maintain credibility, trust and support with senior management staff.
Prioritize conflicting needs; handle matters expeditiously, proactively, and follows-through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures.
Execute special projects as requested by the CEO.
REQUIREMENTS OF EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT
Advance English is must and second European language (French or Italian) is a plus.
Minimum bachelor’s degree is required.
Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
A minimum of five years of experience working for a C-level executive
Longevity in past positions.
Exceptional professionalism, communication (both written and verbal in Turkish and English )
Strong work ethic, highly responsive with a warm attitude.
Experience building relationships both internally (among employees) and externally (with vendors, customers, etc.).
Calm demeanor under pressure and ability to remain professional at all times.
Experience working collaboratively with the ability to execute independently.
Self-starter, proactive, extraordinarily detail oriented with a “no task too big or too small” attitude,
Availability to travel on needed basis.
Foreign citizens will also be accepted.
Verification of identity, education, prior employment, and references may be required.
