Procurement Specialist

We are looking for a Procurement Specialist to be a member of Headquarter Procurement Department with the following qualifications;

• University graduate of Business Administration, Economics, Engineering and related departments,
• Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement,
• Advanced in English,
• Strong  negotiation skills,
• Strong analytical and financial perspective,
• Strong communication skills,
• Customer-oriented and skilled in persuasion,
• Strong problem solving & result oriented skills,
• Knowledge of procurement ERP programs and MS Office,
• Completed military service is a must for male candidates,
• No restriction in travelling,

İŞ TANIMI

• The position is to be responsible for ensuring that all company requirements are supplied in line with the procedure in a timely manner by securing the quality and costs,
• Ensuring the cost effectiveness and efficiency in all procurement processes,
• Ensuring the service sustainability for procured PRs by providing the supplier relation management,
• Providing the operational processes and the  required documentation of the procurement processes,
• Preparation of necessary reportings for both local organization and global procurement,

• Administrative goods & services,
• Logistics/warehousing related services and materials,
• New capex purchasings for all departments,
• IT related technical products and services,
• Sales & corporate communication requirements, etc..
