QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- Between 3 - 5 years of experience in HR
- Good command of English
- Sufficient proficiency in Excel,
- Driven and result orientated with a positive outlook
- Analytical thinking, self-disciplined, self-motivated, attentive to deadlines
- Efficient team player
- Impartial treatment of issues and persons, high attention to detail and controlling skills and analysis ability
- University degree in Economics, Business Administration or other related faculties
- Male candidates must have completed their military service
İŞ TANIMI
Purpose of role: This role begins with fix term 6 months and will continue in case of mutual satisfaction. Conducting various processes in line with the regional HR and local teams, such as; Personnel Budget, HRIS System (Workday), Performance Management, Engagement Surveys and ad-hoc reportings.
Responsibilities: - Main responsible from compensation & benefits, HR & staff budgeting and financial reporting processes in line with local departments as well as the region
- PERSONNEL BUDGET:
- Work in line with regional HR team being responsible from budget planning and rolling forecast
- Be responsible from extracting necessary information from regional budget to provide to local finance team
- Making amendments in line with legal updates on social security costs
- PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT:
- Provide daily associate and technical support for the performance management system
- Manage annual performance review process, to include step-by-step process management throughout the year
- Execute communication plan to increase effectiveness of the annual performance review process
- ENGAGEMENT SURVEY: Support the annual associate engagement survey design, administration, results roll out, and action planning process
- Manage multiple projects of varying degrees of complexity simultaneously
- Improve existing HR processes and procedures
