Almodo was established in 1995 as a fabric producer continuing an old family tradition in textile which goes back to 6 generations. The company is world wide well known for ist luxurious fabrics and exports 90% of its production to more than 60 countries all across the workd.

We are looking for a "Human Resources Manager" to join our team for our new head office which is located in Basın Ekspres.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum 10 years experience, preferably in production companies,
• Excellent analytical, planning and project management skills and result orientation,
• Advanced use of Excel for data analysis reporting,
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English,
• Leadership skills, negotiation and consultative skills at all level,
• Good communication and organization skills.

Job Description:

• Establishing Human Resources Department.
• Managing the hiring process, payroll and confidential files.
• Implementing and developing of HR Policies and HR strategies
• Creating company procedures and protocols to ensure legal compliance, as well as a safe and positive work environment.
• Ensuring legal compliance throughout the companys' s activities.
• Developing of training schedule, career plan and performance assessment practices.
• Leading and coachinh HR staff
• Preparing monthly reports for managing partners and management team 
• Will be responsible of Recruitment, Training, Performance Appraisal and Compensations Systems.
• Will manage payroll and administration department
• Supporting current and future business needs througn the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issue.
