About the ideal candidate we’re looking for

• 3+ years of project management experience
• Bachelor degree in an IT-related discipline
• Experience working with clients and translating client requirements to developer tasks
• Preferably previous history of managing chatbot projects
• Ability to work with developers and designers
• Experience developing Internet solutions and technologies
• Well-organized with attention to detail and with a precise working attitude
• Fluent in English
• Effective communication and presentations skills 

What we expect you to bring on board

• The role requires strong experience of market research techniques and the ability to handle all stages of the project life cycle, from proposal to impactful moderation, reports and presentation
• Support the qualitative/ quantitative research teams in the entire projects
• Identify and propose potential opportunities with existing and new clients
• Coaching and developing junior staff to improve their primary skills
• Strong desire and ability to train and mentor team members
• Regularly provide performance feedback and also seek feedback from team members
• Review project proposal or plan to determine time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing projects, staffing requirements and allotment of available resources to various projects
• Identifies uncommon risks to proactively alter project plan to improve project success probability
