We are looking for ‘Learning&Development Supervisor’  to  ensure  company’s global standarts as well as  local requirements for stores. 

          Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in related fields,
• Min. 6 years of work experience on training, preferably in retail sector,
• Excellent command of written and spoken English,
• Proven project management experience,
• Effective communications with excellent networking and strong interpersonal skills,
• Strong analytical thinking skills,
• Highly effective organization, planning and time management skills.

          Job Description:

• Drawing an overall or individualized training and development plan,
• Conduct effective induction and orientation sessions, 
• Managing training budget,
• Managing inhouse trainer pool and ensures inhouse trainers' development,
• Identifying and assessing future and current training needs,
• Ensuring development of learning solutions with stakeholders from the business and Human Resources,
• Being an active contributor to the internal trainning programs of our brands,
• Managing Learning Management System projects,
• Operating with a strong level of control and oversight including project management, budget management and resource management.
