What are my responsibilities?

As a Senior HR Specialist, you will be a member of the dynamic HR community serving as a trusted business partner with business leaders and your peers. In this role, you will oversee and ensure the operations of the full spectrum of HR activities, from employee relations, recruitment, and staffing planning to performance management, total rewards, and people development. You will report to Country HRBP in Istanbul, Turkey. You will carry a role that is hands-on, interacting with all levels of employees, managers, and HR stakeholders within the country and the oversees. 

Your responsibilities include:

·       Develops and executes local and regional HR projects from beginning to end. Defines project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with stakeholders.

·       In charge of managing the recruitment (end to end) onboarding and employer branding projects.

·       Actively supports HRBP on change management, design, and implementation on organizational changes as well as on other tasks.

·       Monitors HR processes and identify opportunities for improvement.

·       Facilitates the PMC (Performance Management cycle) These activities include counseling managers on the organizational development and effectiveness of their teams, as well as helping their leaders to manage performance.

·       Partners with both managers and employees in Employee Relations topics. 

·       Creates and executes learning and development plans 

What do I need to qualify for this job?

You are;

·       University graduate preferably with a degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or similar

·       Experienced in HR management (at least 6 years) in the field of HR, preferably in international organizations

·       Experienced in SuccessFactors

·       Fluent in English (spoken and written) and Turkish

·       Proficient in MS office 

·       Self-starter, proactive and well-organized

·       Result-oriented

·       Comfortable navigating in grey areas
