Supply Chain Specialist

We are looking for a team member experienced in supply chain management, sourcing, product research, procurement management.

Role Responsibilities

- Sourcing and managing domestic and international target vendors,

- Following contracts and managing relations with existing vendors,

- Evaluation, analysis and reporting of purchase offers,

-Transform purchase requirements into purchase orders of goods and services and execution of order processes,

-Follow up the daily logistics activities. Keeps parties informed of all inbound and outbound shipments and ensures that providing all necessary documentation to them,

- Follow up customer PO’s and contract, delivery processes and invoicing the delivered orders,

- Making the necessary organization for the delivery of orders to the customer,

- Tracking vendor payments and invoices,

- Reporting of purchasing processes of related projects,

- Follow up customs transactions, declaration processes and logistics (import-export)

-Execute company’s products and services purchasing processes and maintain everyday operational activities in transportation, warehousing and distributor logistics

Required Qualifications:
·  Bachelor’s degree from reputable universities (engineering faculty is a plus)
·  At least 2 years of experience, supplier management
·  Good command of MS Office, (especially excel knowledge)
·  Good team player with strong communication skills in English and Turkish
·  Critical thinker, Data-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
