Required Qualifications

·       Bachelor’s degree in related departments of universities; preferably with a master’s degree.

·       At least 1 year of experience in retail marketing or segment management or analytics in banking, GSM or FMCG,

·       Experienced in one or more of these fields: customer lifecycle management, segmentation, pricing, campaign design, strategy, service and experience design,

·       Good command of written/spoken English

·       Proficient in MS Office (advanced Excel), BO, Power BI,

·       Good presentation skills,

·       Qualified in data analysis, capable of problem solving and analytical thinking

Job Description

·       Establishing the proper communication, pricing, product and promotion setups in order to maximize retail customer acquisition,

·       Defining, establishing and managing customer lifecycles for retail segments and sub-segments.

·       Providing the best experience to the retail customers in order to increase the Bank’s wallet share.

·       Tracking key metrics like cross-selling, revenue and satisfaction for retail customers.

·       Creating personalized campaigns for different personas, based on analysis,

·       Carrying out customer communication activities, creating marketing plans to be carried out through- both traditional and digital channels,

·       Organizing customer events,

·       Designing and monitoring effective field/branch campaigns with Retail Sales Units,

·       Preparation of reports and presentations to be submitted to the Senior Management

·       Implementation of analytical marketing activities for cross-selling, new customer acquisition and customer retention,

·       Business line budget planning and tracking of budget realizations
