QUALIFICATIONS:

 We're looking for a "R&D ENGINEER (SENIOR)" with following qualifications to work in our R&D department located in Çatalca

• Three - five years of R&D experience in the engineering. Medical Device field is preferred.
• Minimum BS degree in Chemical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Material Science & Engineering. M.Sc. or Ph.D degree is preferred.
• R&D, Project Management, Product Development in medical device industry is strongly preferred.
• General knowledge of ISO 13485 is asset.
• Experience in TUBITAK national and international projects.
• Excellent knowledge of MS office and SAP programs.
• High Level of technical drawing and design software (Solidworks, AutoCAD) knowledge.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross functional teams.
• No military obligation for male candidates.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• To lead R&D innovative and upgrade projects.
• To organize the project activities in research and development about responsible for products, new products and new technologies and methods.
• To take an active role at the R&D projects such as internal projects or TUBITAK funded projects.

• To take part in the design control phases,
• To carry out actively the design, prototype production and test works in order to develop new products.
• To follow the topics related to research and development projects and to gather updated information from the literature.
• To participate to the risk management team to perform activities.
• To work effectively in a multi-disciplinary team.
• To present and report the status of the R&D projects on time.

• To examine and report the international markets related to technologies development.
• To do research on national and international patents for R&D activities.
• To develop and validate the test systems.
• To educate the team members about R&D finished products.
