• Able to work at least 3 days a week,
• Have an interest on HR as a career development opportunity,
• Enthusiastic for  self-development,
• Believes in team spirit,
• Self-confident and have good communication skills,
• Fluent in English,

İŞ TANIMI

• Overall assistance with day-to-day recruiting needs,
• Screen resumes and job applications,
• Conduct phone interview with the candidates,
• Asist in the scheduling of interviews and related recruiting coordination tasks,
• Asist in reference checks process,
• Provide follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and email
