Job Description

In Frontend Development - Intern role, you'll be a member of the Digital for Airlines Unit and global engineering community and find a chance to collaborate in the definition of the strategy of the Software Development; technological framework and functional approach in Agile Environment.

Responsibilities will include translation of the UI/UX design wireframes to actual code that will produce visual elements of the application. You'll also find a chance to work on the implementation of Amadeus solutions in different countries.

You’ll be part of a collaborative, supportive group where you can learn from some of the best minds in the industry. You’ll learn new technologies and implement your ideas to produce tools and solutions that directly impact our business operations.

In this role you'll find a chance to;

•        Design, code, test, debug, document and maintain software solutions

•        Work with the UI/UX designer and bridge the gap between graphical design and technical implementation

•        Design technical solutions and perform feasibility studies

•        Collaborate in the validation/acceptance phase of the product cycle ensuring the fine-tuning necessary to finalize the product

Skills and Experience

•        BSc. / MSc. Degree or 4th grade in Computer Science or in related areas

•        Able to work at least 4 days a week

•        Fluency in English

•        Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS, JavaScript/Typescript

•        Heard of or studied with JavaScript frameworks (Angular is preferred)

•        Basic experience with version control system – Git (Bitbucket, Azure Repo) is a plus

•        Strong problem solving and analytical skills

•        Strong team player with a collaborative mindset

•        Agile knowledge/experience (Scrum/Kanban) is a plus.
