Amadeus IT Services Turkey is the market leader in Airline Loyalty & CRM solutions as well as the leading IBE Provider and we are looking for a candidate as a Product Manager based in İstanbul Yeşilköy Office.

Depending on experience, the ideal candidate should have the following qualifications and skills:

•University degree in Business and / or Engineering, Product Management, Marketing or related field, or equivalent work experience

•Experience in Product Management is a MUST

•Experience in Agile development as Product Owner is a MUST (SafE or Product Owner or Scrum Master certification is a MUST)

•Experience in building front office solution is a MUST

•Experience as business analyst or product definition is a plus

•Experience in travel industry (Airline, Travel Agency or IT partner) is a plus

•Experience in Air, Rail, Hotel, Car, Merchandizing is a plus

e-Power is Amadeus flagship solution to support travel agencies to create, develop and grow their online business. The solution is today available in more than 110 markets with more than 2,000 websites. Our solution aims to provide the best experience for travelers and provide to our travel agencies a leading edge e-commerce platform in travel industry.

As Product Manager;

•Apply the UX driven approach in the definition of the solution (Customer Journey, Personas, Impact mapping process)

•Analyze business requirements from specific customers/prospects/project and propose recommendations in line with the product strategy and business data

•Analyze the business canvas from Travel Channel segment owner and translate business requirements in functional / feature requirements / user stories

•Review functional/technical specifications to ensure they correspond to identified customer / market needs

•Streamline requirements changes during development cycle

•Lead the product strategy and roadmap in line with overall product line strategy

•Provide input to the sizing/budget process

•Provide product content as needed to support documentation, training & sales tools

•Provide support in answering to questions through internal Q&A forum (Amadeus Askme)

•Support salles efforts through product presentations and demos

As Product Owner

•Write user stories and prioritize user story backlog and support the gain to gain more velocity

•Work closely with his agile team and act as a true Product Owner lead (Participation to Sprint planning, demo, retrospective, Backlog refinement)

•Work closely with DEV, Business Analyst, UI Designer and UX

•Provide input for functional test plans and scripts (user personas and user scenarios)

•Perform marketing acceptance and validate launch of UAT phase
