Job description

The aim of the Human Resources Department is to ensure Mantu growth by giving to employees the right support and career development throughout their work experience. HR Governance offers mobility and training solution, manages payslips and administrative procedures, ensures compliance with legal and social HR regulations etc

 

The Senior HR Officer manages autonomously the HR operational topics on his/her scope, (s)he is involved in Talent and Career management, providing coaching and management.

 

Main activities:

  • Establishing and applying a retention plan with the management and planning meetings to settle actions
  • Participate and contribute to monthly payroll Retex meeting
  • Validate the launch of an escalation process in payroll
  • Identify and suggest training needs relying on a solid understanding of the population and business needs.
  • Collect, analyze, and submit the training needs for validation.
  • Accompany the managers in deploying the training plan for the allocated population and ensure its proper monitoring and relevant follow-up.
  • Identify relevant trainers to help Academy building a large and effective internal trainers community.
  • Lead the managerial People Review preparation (training the managers, communication, reminder, follow-up)
  • Animate the People Review meeting
  • Ensure the follow-up of the validated action plans during People Review, along with top management and managers
  • Ensure the Career Committee of the scope : preparation and meeting animation
  • Keeping an overview of Career management and evolutions in the scope (Ex: Objective letters, additional roles)
  • Conducting legal watch on the local scope.
  • Identifying possible risks with the legal department and establishing action plans about litigation or crisis
  • Researching information on HR aspects with the support of Development direction in case of country opening according to his/her scope
  • Monitoring country legal aspects (follow-up treshold) and take actions to transform and adapt practices
  • Create or modify individual & collective document before validation with the legal departments and HR partner (contract, handbook etc)
  • Manage conflict and risk resolution and follow the procedure with the legal department
  • Handling complex legal HR topics, contacting and intervening with lawyers/concerned parties when a risk has been triggered or conflict is happening
  • Ensure the projects´ adaptation and implementation on the scope (ATP, Health&Safety, IT Chart, Career Path, etc)
  • Ensure target salary reviews and recommendation
  • Support and lead the yearly remuneration analysis on the scope (People Review and / or C&B committee)
  • Following up the global process of the variable compensation systems for the population
  • Ensure management of cash advance according to local and group policy
  • Train the managers of the scope using and following the mobility tools & processes
  • Work with Mobility teams on employee and candidate's mobility cases, to ensure a smooth process, from eligibility assessment to coordination

 

 

Your profile

 

  • You have relevant experience with Turkish legislation, minimum 5 years of experience in Turkey up to 10 years
  • You speak fluently Turkish, English and French is a plus.
  • Soft skills: multi-tasking, conflict management, critical thinking, teamwork, multicultural awareness.
  • Hard skills: Office package, other tools are a plus.
