QUALIFICATIONS

TALENT ACQUISITION OFFICER
 You will join our talent acquisition team and be based in ISTANBUL and work in direct collaboration with the recruiters of our worldwide subsidiaries. Your working environment would be very international and have the chance to know lots of job information in different industries. You will participate in the following activities:
  • Participation in the process of talent acquisition and recruitment
  • Creation of Turkish consultant files
  • Management of the applications from the website
  • Sourcing of new candidates to expand candidates’ database
  • Weekly reporting and weekly meeting with your team
  • Presence in recruitment related events
  • Good research skill
  • Teamwork spirit, and pioneering mind-set

JOB DESCRIPTION

Your profile

  • You’re a student in the last year of bachelor’s degree or with a Master’s degree from either a Business School or Engineering School. Ideally you have had a first experience in recruitment.
  • Keen sense of communication, strength of conviction, ability to identify talent, dynamism and proactivity: these advantages will help you join our fast growing structure.
  • You speak both fluent English and Turkish, a second European language is considered a plus (French, Spanish, German or Italian).
  • Your computer literacy is advantageous, especially with an excellent understanding of MS Office, Outlook and Internet
  • Coached by recruitment manager of the Amaris group, you will receive throughout your integration process training, individual support on all aspects of the recruitment (job posting, sourcing, interview, communication, negotiation, etc.).
