We are hiring IT Business Development Manager for our İstanbul office.
 
Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor‘s Degree from a reputable university in Business Administration, Management Engineering or Engineering
  • Master degree is a plus
  • 2-5 years of professional experience interacting directly with clients in the field of IT &Telecommunication
  • Preferably having a consultancy company experience
  • Strong communication, presentation skills and negotiation skills
  • Solution oriented approach to problem solving and decision-making
  • Excellent command of English both written and spoken (Must)
  • No military obligation for Male candidates
  • No obstacle for traveling

  • Managing and maintaining customer relations, generating new business with existing customers and acquiring new customers
  • Preparing annual business development plans and contributing in business development strategies for relevant department to reach required business objectives and revenue searching for opportunities in the local market
  • Recruitment and team management 
  • Locally recruit and structure a diverse team of talent  
  • Management of your profit center 
  • Lead the daily life of your structure (financial management) and provide the best working conditions for your team
