QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
AMC-TR (Agrimatco Turkey) is looking for a Fertilizer Unit Marketing and Development Manager, experienced in Soil Sciences and Plant Nutrition to work in the newly created staff while taking firm steps towards growth
Requested features:
- Graduated from Agricultural Engineering preferably from Soil Sciences and Plant Nutrition (preferably master, PhD or MBA degree)
- Minimum 8 years’ experience (Working as a senior manager for at least 3 years in one of the marketing, product development or technical positions)
- High knowledge of the plant nutrition/fertilizers products and different local and non-crop market
- Knowledge on related domestic and EU regulations
- Understanding of operational planning as well as product development processes.
- Available to travel and mobility for all around Turkey and outside of Turkey
- Competencies must include strong written and oral communication skills in English, problem solving and innovation.
- Ability to use computer systems and related software’s
- Strong leadership abilities
- Good customer relationship, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Analyzing & Reporting skill
Job Responsibilities:
- Searching and development of the products that are missing in the portfolio in accordance with company strategy.
- Communication with suppliers for current portfolio, new products and all marketing and technical subjects for all crop protection portfolio
- Definition, direct and execute tactical marketing plan for each product, brand market ensuring the plans of company strategic objectives
- Definition and creation of sales tools, presentations, digital marketing, events, marketing budget
- Company branding, messaging and market positioning
- Creating, planning and organizing activities to support sales targets
- Up to date market analyses
- Develop and implement of product strategies, scheduling projects
- Describing strategic priorities and define product attributes.
- Contribution to trial planning and design together with projects, protocol owner and other partners that are involved.
- Monitoring and Assessment of trials
- Preparing and planning of official and non-official trial protocols.
- To organize and perform the screening and positioning trials in connection with field teams
- Demonstration trials for the current products to support marketing and team
- Lead to positioning and launching of the new product and promotional activities
- Carrying on the product and market development activities, promotional materials.
- Preparing presentations and other launching materials for all products
- Organizing technical workshops for personnel, for wholesalers, dealers, consultants and other commercial influencers.
- Support market development and sales organizations in all technical questions regarding product portfolio and solutions to problems / complaints with regard to company’s products
- To coordinate with sales department and visit dealers/distributor with team to collect feedback about product
- Maintaining constructive relationship, exchange information with opinion leaders and scientific community
