Channel Development Supervisor

• Bachelor’s degree, (preferable in Engineering, Business Administration, etc.),
• Advanced MS Office skills,
• Min. 4-5 years professional and managerial experience, preferably in FMCG sector, 
• Solid knowledge of category management, marketing and sales principles,
• Analytical and strategic thinking skills, 
• Excellent command of written and spoken English. 

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Prepare Annual Business Plan for Modern Channel based on the inputs from Brand, Sales Research & Insight and Customer,
• Develops detailed beer category, spirits, planogram efficiency, assortment/distribution, placement and pricing analysis to support channel development decisions to ensure category growth, 
• Develop and implement channel marketing activities in line with portfolio priorities and brand plans,
• Develop and coordinate Category Management initiatives/projects in line with portfolio and Customer priorities,
• Manage channel marketing budget for effective implementation of channel marketing activities,
• Manage design and distribution of POS materials and effectively implement merchandising process,
• Prepare, consolidate and distribute channel related reports and presentations,
• Work closely with Sales and Brand to ensure channel strategies are aligned with channel and brand targets 
• Work closely with Research&Insight to gather channel and shopper insights for developing channel marketing initiatives and utilize channel data and shopper insights to develop action plans accordingly,
• Follow global and local category trends and prepare reports for development opportunities,
• Visit the field and customers periodically to identify channel specific opportunities.
