HR Analytics and Budgeting Supervisor

Anadolu Efes

• Bachelor’s degree in related fields,
• Master’s degree in relevant field is an asset,
• Familiar experience (at least 5 years) in reporting and data management,
• Knowledge of MS Office tools is a must,
• Excellent communication skills,
• Excellent analytical skills,
• SAP HR module knowledge is a plus,
• Advanced level of written and spoken English

İŞ TANIMI

• Design necessary tools, templates for budgeting process, and people analytics reports,
• Coordinate HC, paycost and HR Opex budgeting process,
• Closely track budget/actual realizations,
• Sustain and manage people big data accuracy and reliability in Anadolu Efes Countries,
• Prepare and consolidate regular people analytics reports for Anadolu Efes Countries,
• Analyze workforce results for efficiency purposes, 
• Support company management and HR Business Partners with workforce data,
• Conduct employee metrics with all HR Teams in Anadolu Efes countries chronically.
